  Ev charger and consumer box fitting

  Really pleased with the whole experience. I had an EV charger and consumer unit installed and the service was excellent from the first message right through to the finished job. Communication was really quick, everything was explained clearly, and the work was done efficiently and very neatly. He was polite, friendly and professional throughout, and made the whole process feel very straightforward. Everything was tested and working perfectly before he left. I’m genuinely really happy with the job and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone else. Excellent service.

  Fuseboard / Consumer Unit Installation

  Replace old fuse box

  got a call from these guys within a couple of hours of posting the job. they came around within 48 hours to change the box . there was a problem with the mains power coming into the house so creative electrical contacted the electric board who came around with in a couple hours and fixed that problem . the guys then worked on the new consumer unit and were at our house until nearly 7pm . can't fault the service and at a good price. would recommend to anyone .

  House Rewiring

  Rewire of a 3 bedroom house.

  I called Rich at Creative Electrical Services Ltd as I had to have my rental property rewired that was old and causing my tenants problems. He and Dan gave a competitive quote that I compared with 3 others but it was their customer service and professionalism most of all that made my decision to use them. They did a fantastic, neat job and left everything clean and tidy ready for redecorating. I’ve since booked them for other maintenance work and EICR electrical reports I require for my other properties.

  Prompt, profesional and conscientious.

  Before having some extensive renovations and construction work carried out, I needed my electrics checking and some circuits verified. I booked Rich and Dan at Creative Electrical Services whose expertise helped massively in the process. They carried out an electrical report (EICR) and identified all the issues that I needed them to verify. Great pair of guys and look forward to using their services in the future.
