I engaged Clive to undertake work on the hallway, front porch and a few other bits. I was apprehensive due to the constant lateness and not showing up. I had to constantly chase Clive to ensure he turned up, and when he did the workmanship was very poor. The hallway tiling now has to be redone due to it being very unlevel to the point that your feet would catch on the edges of the tiles. I asked Clive to fix this but he has not been responsive. As such I will be issuing court proceedings due to the damage and poor workmanship. Please consider before undertaking any work with Creative...

Extremely professional. Completed to a very high standard. Neat workmanship, kept everything tidy and protected at all times.

Highly recommend Clive .He fixed a mess that a previous builder had only installed a year ago. He does not cut corners and is reliable and trustworthy. *Work Carried out* Remove existing tiles from floor and part of wall Remove and replace old floorboards that had rotted due to water damage Prime and prepare walls and floor for tiling Install wet room floor - tanking Tile 6sqm of wet room Bathroom Floor and walls Adjusting the "fall" on the pipework beneath floor (plumbing work) Moving pipework coming out of Boiler such that they can be accessible in the future

Lovely result! Clive really took the care and effort to deliver. We are very particular and can be difficult to please but Clive made sure we were happy every step of the way. He takes the time to make sure the job is completed to a very high standard. We would highly recommend Clive and would love him to work with us again.
