It was a pleasure to deal with Crest Home Improvements. No pressure selling, and Pete was very helpful on first contact he was very knowledgeable on the products. Very reasonably priced. On the day that was arranged for the installation of the cladding, they arrived true to time and were very professional and took pride in their work. When the work had been completed, they cleared up like they had not been there. I would highly recommend crest home improvements and would not hesitate to use them again on another project.

A first class service from this company. From the outset they answered all my queries, returning calls promptly and arranging to fit a replacement door. The site visit to measure up was professional and reassuring. The fitters were excellent. They were prompt, polite, cleaned up afterwards and checked everything before leaving. The new door is excellent. Thank you to Steve for keeping us updated and organising the installation. Would highly recommend.

We are currently looking at taking this company to court. The damage caused by defects and non compliance of BS. Standards and Building Regs is goung to eun into thousands to rectify. AVOID would be my advice.

The standard of workmanship by the fitting team is very poor they sealed the interior plastics to the walls with silicone which cannot be painted over telling me this new silicone is fine to paint, took hours for me to remove and seal with caulk so that I could repaint the window reveals. The lead work above my bay was appalling and not done as I discussed with Steve . The fitters came back to correct and its not much better. I'm now waiting for it to leak in heavy rain as they have sealed lead to lead with silicone not a quality lead adhesive which is readily available. I would not recommend

I was reassured by the manager who also carried out the pre-survey and provided helpful recommendations about the frame and architraves. Prompt, efficient, polite fitters who worked nonstop and tidied up afterwards.
