Very poor standard of bricklaying, plastering, joinery, fitting of wetroom flooring and the list goes on and on. Aftercare is non existent, the company know what we’re not happy with but haven’t been out to even look at the problems and actually seem to think that they’ve done a good job. Wetroom unusable as not water tight, flooring not been sealed properly, sink and drain for the shower not fitted properly. Now got another company in to rectify the mistakes that have been made. Terrible workmanship from a company that doesn’t seem to care, I wouldn’t bother if I was you avoid at all cost!

The job as been completed though District Council and we are paying for another company to complete the sagging list as we haven’t got the time to complete snagging list after list.
The client in mention is very needed and all building works have been completed and inspected by building control and the client is expecting us to inspect every brick for damage less than 15mm diameter before laying which is impossible. The plastering in the wet room was completed ready for a complete tiling which she was getting her own tiler in ( good luck to them )
The client was great at first than when we got to know her, she was ok with everything to our face and then would wait for our to complete the task then say she would want something else or completing another way. I our line of business we cannot please everybody and on the last note we are in contract with District Council and we are paying for the work to be completed to their standards.
