  Very happy with the service provided. Window fitters were friendly and courteous. Tidied up afterwards and even vacuumed the stairs!! No problems occurred and happy with work. Happy with the price paid for the service and window provided (not my area of expertise though!)

  Peter Carter completed initial measurement to provide me with his quotation. Then Ian visited to take the final measurements. Simone and Samantha were always helpful and kept me updated when I called. Kieran and Bradley installed the windows in 3 days. They were clearly very experienced and explained certain aspects of their work when I asked them questions. They worked efficiently and cleared up at the end of each day.

  I have had one very large bay window replaced and two ordinary windows one for the bathroom and the other in the hall . From the initial visit by Peter to assess and measure to the enquiries made to Sam and the work itself all went very well. The company is very accessible and it's easy to get in touch. It can be quite daunting to decide on the most suitable windows but all my questions were answered and I am very happy with the results. The work was carried out to a very high standard and it has made such a difference to the house . I would recommend this company.

  When I came to CRESTSHILED WINDOWS with a problem regarding my replacement letterbox, the atmosphere on my arrival to CRESTSHILED WINDOWS was very welcoming by Samantha and Ben, the Director of the company. Ben was extremely welcoming and understood the problem 'I' the customer had regarding my letterbox and found the solution to this problem and executed it immediately. I now have a letterbox that fits. A quick service and very trustworthy. The staff are very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend their services to anyone; they are very professional and great customer care
