  All my expectations were fulfilled in regard to competency, knowledge, tidiness, friendly politeness and value for money. Richard inspected the boiler, its components checked or replaced as necessary, gas supply and flue checked throughout after the job. Nice professional job thank you.

• Gas boiler and thermostat installation

  We recently had Richard and Charlie fit a new boiler for us along with a Hive thermostat. Their service was faultless, they arrived promptly on the day and got to work, keeping us up to date with the progress a long the way and they ensured our home remained clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend CR Heating Solutions. We have already arranged to have them back to replace some radiators.

• Gas safety checks

  It's very hard to find good people these days, who do a thoroughly good job, as well as communicate well. I'm so pleased I found C R Heating Solutions to undertake a Gas Safety Check for my tenant. My tenant said she was thoroughly pleased, the lads were very polite and respectful and did a much better job than the last company we'd used. Charlie kept me in the loop of when the check would be carried out for my tenant, which was great. I decided myself to have my boiler serviced with them. They came to my house and did a fantastic job, they will definitely be our go to guys in the future!

  I worked in the mechanical services industry for the best part of forty years and I think Charlie and Richard are a credit to the trade. The installation was first rate and nothing was too much trouble. The attention to detail and overall tidyness cannot be faulted and all at a competitive price, why look elsewhere!
