10 UPVC Windows Installation

Great service from a local company
When we were looking to replace our c.15+ year old uPVC double glazing (12 windows in total), we contacted 3 local companies to get a quote. CRK Windows stood out a mile. From the moment we walked into their showroom, Bruce (the sales guy) was interested, engaging and really took the time to understand our needs. He helped us to understand the options and how we could meet our budget whilst not compromising on quality. He was great. The installers were also fantastic - friendly, efficient and did such a great job despite some challenging rendering to work around. 10/10 highly recommended!Verified reviewerJob location: AL110 Windows and Doors

You really do feel like you're their most important customer
We've used CRK many times over the years and have always found them to be considerate, courteous, and professional as well as providing and installing great products. All our interactions with staff across the CRK organisation are always positive and high quality customer service is always, and obviously, at the centre of what they do. In addition, the thoughtful touches and considerations during install make it a very positive experience.Verified reviewerJob location: HP310 Glass Replacement

Efficient and friendly
A double glazed unit broke in the high temperatures this summer, despite being fitted 7 years ago CRK still had the info to hand to order a replacement unit without the need for a site visit. Once the unit had arrived the installations team were quick and friendly and managed to replace the unit without any mess.Verified reviewerJob location: LU610 Windows / Doors / Conservatories

Conservatory roof replacement
Have had a CRK conservatory with polycarb roof fitted in 2010 then in 2016 had them replaced all our windows, soffits and fascias. A month ago we had them back to swop the polycarb roof for a glass version. As always work was done professionally and site was left neat and tidy. Glass roof has kept conservatory cooler in the heatwave. The dribble of rain we've had indicates the noise levels are substantially better than the polycarb. One happy customer.Verified reviewerJob location: HP310 Exterior Doors Installation

Replacement window
Reported a broken double glazed window and the following day CRK had measured up and priced the job. The replacement glass was fitted quickly with no mess or disruption. The team at CRK are very reliable and I would strongly recommend the company.Verified reviewerJob location: HP4
