I hired Craig for an oil full boiler installation as advertised. Despite paying Craig in full The work has been left unfinished, unsafe, and the boiler remains unregistered, leaving me without a valid warranty. When I raised my concerns, Craig claimed I knew he wasn't qualified to certify the installation and that it was my responsibility to find someone else to sign off his work. This was never disclosed to me and is not something any customer should be expected to arrange after hiring someone for a complete installation.

Craig visited my caravan to service and fix my boiler after I noticed an issue. He returned a week later with a "refurbished" part after I had paid for a new part, apparently this cost the same but I wasn't shown any proof. After this I still had the same issue, if not worse. Craig returned and said it was actually a different problem and that he'd order the part and return to fix it. I have contacted several times since and cannot get hold of Craig himself, apparently he has gone missing and my boiler is still broken after 3 weeks.

Craig really helped us out during Lockdown when our old boiler died. Even though he had a full schedule, he squeezed us in because we had no heat or hot water. He sorted us a quick fix and then later fully kitted us out w a new boiler within the week! The full boiler install took less than a day! He left the place spotless. We will use him again in a heartbeat.

Would recommend to anyone and will use again in the future. Honest and efficient, quick to reply and good willingness to help.

Very pleased with the work done. Fitter went above and beyond to accommodate my needs by fitting a new part to my boiler of which I supplied.

Highly recommend this man. He was knowledgable, fair, honest and reliable. I will defiantly use him again in the future
