The whole process was excellent, from the initial measuring up and quote, to the fitting. Everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each day, and all the old windows were taken away. Have used this company many times before. Always turn up for quotes/surveys on time. Explained our requirements and given options and advice. Kept informed of progress and a installation time and date. Don, their fitter, arrived as arranged and got on with the job. Due to DIY belts and braces construction, the dismantling was not easy. The new units were installed, sealed, cleaned and finished to a high standard. We were shown the finished job and showed how to operate the door and window. The site was left clean and tidy. Kevin and Don excelled themselves. Kevin delivered a swift, reasonable estimate followed by clear, concise communication. Don, who did the fitting, was expecting to be here for two days, but was done and gone in less than one with all debris removed and two very neat installations.
