Highly Recommend Cronin Buildings
We use Cronin Building as one of our main contractors at Parks Letting, and we could not fault them! They are so efficient, reasonably priced and their work speaks for itself. We will always recommend Cronins to our Landlords and anyone else that asks for decoration works. Sue who deals with all the bookings is very polite and professional and very quick with getting things booked in. We have a lot of short turnarounds on some of our check ins and Cronins never fail to get the job done in time. Highly recommend!Verified reviewerJob location: BN110 Painter / Decorator

Exterior painting
Mike did some painting on the exterior of the house. He's done a great job and his pricing is very fair. Beautifully tidied up afterwards. Highly recommend and will be using his expertise againVerified reviewerJob location: BN310 Painting / Decorating

Quick and professional job done to a high standard
Really pleased with the work carried out. The team repaired the felt on the roof and dealt with the damage caused by damp and condensation. They were professional, reliable and kept us informed throughout. The work was completed to a high standard and everything was left clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.Verified reviewerJob location: BN110 Exterior Painting

Fixed bad roof rain leak
Previously used Mick for some great exterior painting, but recent asked him to deal with a leak in through the roof of our garage. Mick promptly dealt with the main source of the leak, a displaced gutter above the garage roof where the leak was centred, then a few days later patched the roof to prevent all rain ingress. Very happy with Mick's work.Verified reviewerJob location: BN110 Exterior Painting

Exterior painting and gutter work
Have used Mick and his assistant more than once recently, once for exterior painting, and secondly for an urgent but awkward gutter repair. Can only say that the work has been on time and of excellent quality. He will be our 'go to' for all future work of this kind.Verified reviewerJob location: BN2
