New en-suite
At first we were so happy with the standard of work on our new en-suite. We had a complete refurb because we had a leak in the pipes behind the tiles. But after 9 months the shower broke, oniy using hot water which was horribly hot and almost unbearable. I contacted them and asked about warranty info but was ignored. 2 mths later water started pouring through the lounge ceiling when the shower is used. Tried to find and fix but to no avail. Emailed the co. But ignored again. We paid £9k for an en-suite that was only usuable for 9 mths. Disgusted with their attitude.
