Jack transformed our old fireplace into a more modern media wall. We found Jack to be very professional and respectful of our home with good communication. He was very patient with us when we changed our mind on things a couple of times when the work had already started and also very patient with our children letting them get involved as little helpers at times. We are very pleased with the finished job and would definitely recommend him.

Jack has a great eye for the small details and was always receptive to incorporating our suggestions as the project progressed. Excellent values for money, and a pleasure to have around - very tolerant on my children’s curiosity! We’ve worked with Jack 3 times now, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

This is the second job that Jack has done for us. He yet again took my ideas and made them a reality. I now have beautiful built in units in my dining room all done within budget and specification. Jack is great with communication, always keeping me updated if anything needed to change or a different idea he had. Often I would be at work and I had no qualms at leaving him in our home. I would 100% recommend Jack for any carpentry/joiner needs you may have.

From the minute we were quoted, we felt comfortable in Jacks presence. He listened to my ideas and made them better than I had hoped! He wasn’t afraid to tell me how I could actually save some money too!. I’m so happy with the finished work, it’s just what I had hoped. Jack is one of those really genuine trades people and we would recommend his ten times over. In fact I’ve asked him to quote for some more work.

Jack visited 23rd May. Jack seemed very helpful and knowledgeable. He said he would send a quote that evening if I forwarded my email. I sent my details and I have never heard a word since. I tried to contact to query any issues, and also sent text 28th May. No communication forthcoming. Why bother wasting customers time if you are not interested. Jack was given opportunities on the day of visit to decline the work so how disappointing to do it in such an indirect way.
