ABOVE & BEYOND They were swift to get in touch , polite and were extremely helpful - even though they explained that perhaps someone else would be better suited for the work . Indeed someone was ! NI Water ! This cost me nothing and considering I would deem myself as a vulnerable customer AND that money COULD have been made , by appearing to attempt to fix an issue they knew rightly wasn’t for them - their honesty is outstanding ! They were booked up completely for 4 days too - so their honesty & work are obviously 💯 .

Donal came out and priced the job within a day. He gave me a date for the work. Replaced shower tray shower panelling and screens. Great job and very good finish. Also repaired faulty toilet cistern. Cleaned up and took rubbish away also. Will use again. Had tried numerous other plumbers who never phoned back.

Donal was a genuine guy, turned up when he said he would, phoned me to say when he would arrive and did the 3 jobs well. Would recommend him.

Donal was easy to contact and arrived on time. He spent over an hour trying to fix the problem but was unable to do it. We offered him some money for his time but he refused to take it. He did however recommend another plumber who had specialist equipment. This plumber came out with in a few days and fixed the toilet for us.

Really nice guy, honest and fast worker. Didn’t waste time and arrived when he said he would.

Arrived as arranged. Assessed job and fixed where possible. Arranged further help. Could not have asked for more.
