Nice people to work with

Our downstairs cloakroom toilet flush valve had failed. Using Checkatrade Cross Plumbing Ltd contacted me to advise they could supply & fit new part. Quote was sent & I accepted. Very efficient service & I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Excellent service from start to finish. Mike and the team were friendly, professional and communicated clearly throughout. They quickly diagnosed that our old shower needed replacing, provided a fair quote, and managed to fit us in at very short notice. Dean did a great job with the installation, was punctual, tidy and very professional. We're really pleased with the new shower and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks again!

Responded to our request in about an hour, came round the following morning, fixed the leak which was about as complex as it could be in under 2 hours. Honest and upfront about costs and a thoroughly nice bloke!

Needed to replace my thermostatic shower mixer, but the fittings were strange and outdated. Came just to review what was going on and give a quote, but ended up fixing everything there and then. Great job, super clean and professional!
