  Great workmanship

  Josh and his dad were fantastic at helping us renovate an entire house! They were good all-rounders and no job was too big or too small. Very communicative and reliable which is generally hard to find. We would use them again. Thank you for all your hard work and wishing you all the best!

  Bath replaced

  Replacing this bath was a rollercoaster with lots of things going wrong but josh stayed the course despite all the bad luck. He left the property well after reasonable working hours which I really appreciated as he saw the job through instead of clocking off and leaving me in the lurch.

  New kitchen taps & replacement/repair to pipework

  I have used Josh a number of times over the last 2 or 3 years for various types of maintenance work and have always found his workmanship to be of a high standard and communication to be excellent. Josh has always arrived as arranged on time, clearly explained the problems and possible options to remedy the situation. He uses photos and videos, to evidence the issues and any of the works he has completed. I have always found him to be fair, honest & reliable and highly recommend him.

  Preparation of entire property for new tenant

  Josh was outstanding as usual. He provided a comprehensive quote after initially assessing the property, broken down in to labour and material. He also outlined how long the work would take. Along the way there are always unexpected hiccups with this kind of work and Josh kept me well-informed with voice clips and videos (I am away). When unforeseen issues popped up, Josh always tried to solve them in a way that would be cost-effective, as if he was saving himself money - so I really appreciated that. I think you'd be daft for not getting in touch and at least asking him for a quote.

  Josh did an amazing job on this. Actually sent a time lapse video of the entire job to show what was done. Great communication as always - my first call for any job.
