This is actually the second job I asked William for help. I always appreciate William's high efficient working attitude. He always take an extra mile to adjust his schedule for the customer. Usually he will come to my home for any repair or job a day or two after I text him. We had a leak coming from a concealed unit behind a toilet. Will identified the source of the leak and fixed it without damaging the unit. Very polite and helpful and even offered to help with our communication with the house builder to explain the problem. Would definitely use again
