  Replacement of existing conservatory

  I recommend Crown Conservatories. I had an old, dilapated, perspex roof conservatory and it was replaced with a modern conservatory with solid roof. All work was completed carefully and expertly by the courteous and helpful fitters Darren and Dan in 3 days. The quality product and quality work were evident. Everything was left clean and tidy. The plasterer and electrician also completed their work well. Good communication too from the office and Don the Project Manager. I would definitely use them again without hesitation.

  Conservatory installation on the rear of our house.

  Crown kept us informed, made recommendations and gave us some sound advice. Don really looked after us, and communicated with us at every stage. I didn’t have to chase for anything and the team delivered every deadline they promised.The guys who came to work at our house (Sam, Jake, Adam and all the team) worked so hard. We are extremely happy with our conservatory. It looks fantastic and I would highly recommend crown for all their services. They are professional and courteous, with an exceptional tidy work ethic, with excellent communication and they deliver above and beyond what they promise.

  New conservatory

  Excellent service from design to completion. The conservatory was completed earlier than expected and is high quality. All the builders were polite and helpful and cleared up after themselves. The conservatory was good value for money and I highly recommend Don and the team at Crown.

  Replacement x 14 windows and installation of bi-fold doors with brick removal

  I think it's fair to say that I've dealt with nearly every member of the Crown Team. Each has been professional and lovely. The service has always been with a smile and of the highest standard. Exceptional sums up my view on the company. Your team are a credit to you Crown.

  All windows and doors and replacement of conservatory superstructure.

  The work was carried out quickly and efficiently in some very cold conditions. The workmen could not have worked any harder and their work ethic was faultless.

  Replacement of front windows and door.

  Windows and Front door replaced. One unit had a scratched unit, and was replaced some weeks later. The front door handle was rattly and loose, and became progressively worse over time. Complained to customer services, who arranged for the service team to come and look at it. The response was 'they're all like that, didn't you notice in the showroom'. Also 'it's what the supplier provides'. It's like Crown takes no pride in the products it chooses, but doesn't take any time charging for them as if they were premium products. Huge buyers regret here, as they are unwilling to provide a fix.
