Work was done and we thought all good until we had problem with drain. Water board lifted drain cover and they said there should be metal casing to stop bricks sinking. I had bother contacting company but eventually they came out and fixed this. More bother re drain and water board lifted drain cover in front garden, again no metal casing was in place. I also have loose bricks on front doorstep. Have contacted and they know problems. No one been out. Now putting on false voice and putting phone down on us

Booked to come out for a quote. Flexible on times to suit him, which meant me taking some time out of work to be at the house for his visit. He did not show, and did not respond to messages for two days. Then he messaged out the blue on the third day explaining his worker hadn’t been able to find the address, so we re-booked in for a Saturday between 9am-12pm. By 11am he hadn’t shown, so I text asking if he was definitely coming. He responded “yes”, then didn’t appear and then blocked my number. More than anything, the experience was just really weird.

From initial contact to completion of work, we were kept informed of what would happen, when and the staff kept to this throughout. Work completed swiftly, great overall outcome and within agreed budget. Highly recommend for a great job with a fantastic price tag.

I would thoroughly recommend Crown. They gave us a quote for astroturf and paving and have delivered exactly what they said they would ahead of schedule and left the place very tidy. Great value for money and they have done a great job.

I had contacted Crown driveways and landscaping LTD I only had to send them my postcode and house number they had given me a time they would come around and give me an estimate they wasn’t late They had started the job they was super efficient and quick with the job I asked for a we bit extra design they put it in no problem After the job was completed they had power washed all the pathway and the road highly recommended the ti anyone I will be getting the Mm next year to do my back garden

They worked really hard from early morning until nightfall. A wee bit of leaf stuff left behind, but I can live with that! I would hire them again!
