  Water & Immersion tank Inspection

  Crown carried out an inspection of the Water and immersion tanks in the property I am renting and looking to purchase as recommended in my Level 2 Survey. Courteous, professional and on time and happy to answer a couple of plumbing questions I had unrelated to this job. A report was provided quickly . Job was very reasonably priced . I will not only be recommending them , but using them as my go to plumbing company

  Stopped water running in the toilet

  The job was booked and done easily and quickly. Great communication with both Lisa at Crown and Lewis who did the job. I was very pleased with Lewis who explained everything, provided the part and did the job in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company.

  Toilet continuous running water

  Our toilet had water constantly running. The call to Checkatrade gave my information to 3 plumbing companies. Crown rang me and they arranged for someone to come on Friday. Lewis rang to say he could come earlier than booked and he arrived as promised. He was polite and explained that he needed to get a part for the toilet which he went and got and returned in a short time. He quickly did the job and left everything in good order. Lewis was very good and polite and I would recommend him and his company without hesitation It was a job well done without any difficulties organising.

  Tap repair

  I recently had a leaking kitchen tap repaired by Crown Plumbing Services, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The engineer who came out was excellent — extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. He diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly, with minimal disruption. He was also very tidy, leaving everything spotless when he finished. It’s rare to find tradespeople who are both professional and personable, but this service was exactly that. The admin team were very helpful and communicated well with me when I rang to make the appointment. Highly recommended!
