Dear Customer, We are very surprised by this feedback as our team had spoken to you on the phone and you understood the work that needed to be carried out as well as the applicable charges. We always speak to our customers and explain charges beforehand. You had a badly damaged and defective drain that had never been investigated properly. Our engineer was on site carrying out the necessary investigation works so that he could repair. Our engineer would never be on site for 2 hours coming up with a plan as you clearly saw him working. Our engineers are passionate about what they do but are not bullies nor are they aggressive. Nevertheless, please feel free to get back in touch if you need us to continue with the repair work. Dear customer, First of all, thank you for your feedback. It is very much appreciated. In regards to the lateness we apologise; our engineer was stuck in unexpected traffic, getting to jobs on time is highly important to us but as you can appreciate when working in busy London traffic can get the better of us sometimes. You were told from the start you would be charged a callout charge then quote after investigation your job was quite a complex one. We properly fixed your issue as you complained several plumbers had come out and never fixed it, with us you will have no comebacks! Wishing you all the best and here if you need us.
