  Single Ply Membrane Roofs Installation

  They are fraudulent and scams

  Don't hire these people if you do not want them to leave you frustrated. I hired these guys to work on my leaking too they came and said I needed to install a breathable membrane to make the roof airtight I paid them 85% of the agreed cost as they kept demanding for money now the haven't completed the job and they are saying that the money we agreed on can't do the whole of the job Now I have to get a lawyer to get my money back because these guys are owing me £4700 then get another trade person to do the work.

  Flat roof replacement, awful work carried out

  This company can not do what they say they can. They quoted me a price we agreed on, once they started they added a further £600 to that. Their work has led to my guttering leaking onto the bricks of my kids bedroom causing extreme mould. The flat roof leaking internally into the hallway, the roof they fitted not stuck down so water retained everywhere. The tape they used came unstuck within a week promised to come back to fix it six times and never turn up then won't pick up their phones found them on bark.com awful company and don't know anything roofs

  Roof replacement

  Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend I hired Crown to replace my roof, gutters, fascia, and flue - the work was a disaster. The roof was so poorly done I had to commission a roof condition report, which confirmed the poor workmanship. Gutters and fascia were installed incorrectly, and the flue still leaks - non of the work meets building standards. I had to hire another contractor to strip & redo the entire roof, costing thousands more. I’m now pursuing a claim through small claims court to recover the money spent & damages caused. Unprofessional, a waste of time & money. Avoid at all costs.

  Leaking roof in the bathroom and back room

  They were very fast to mount the scaffolding and kept us waiting the next day without showing up. Eventually came the day after with two men and fixed two small breathable membranes, plastered the edges of the roof, told us that once the painter comes the next day to plastered the ceiling board then the whole job is done They ask to make arrangements for the ballance to be given to them tomorrow. With all these, I felt uneasy and asked for face to face meeting but he kept making excuses. It rained a few days afterwards, and the leaking got even worse confirming my curiosity.

  Every time we tried to finish the project, they were not there they wanted us to meet them after work hours and they only would allow us to come around when they were there so we have tried numerous times to complete, we have called and emailed them numerous times.
