  Although the work was more extensive than l first thought, it was carried out quickly and efficiently. The team did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. The guys were reliable and polite and communication was very good.

  Arranged appointment for quote, but they failed to keep it. No reason given or any contact from them to say they couldn’t make it. Tried ringing and they cut me off. Would not recommend, terrible way to conduct a business.

  A pleasant experience

  They were prompt for all appointments. They gave advance notice of any delays due to weather. All the staff were polite & respected my property. They cleared up neatly & removed all excess materials.

  Removal of 50year old ridge tiles & replace with dry ridge system.

  This company rang me within minutes of the job ad going live. They came thru to have a look & quote the same day. I was showed a picture in their brochure of a complete dry ridge system & we agreed a price. Altho it was £100 more than a previous quote, I liked the presentation of the company & the 2 men who arrived. They started the job then, & 2hours later it was completed. But I wasn't 100% satisfied as the old ridge tiles had been put back on? After a 15 minute discussion, it was agreed new ones would be put on the next day, as I'd expected. Im now 100% happy & all looks good.

  Full roof repair

  Really good job and couldn’t fault them. Initially contacted them due to leak in the chimney stack, with the mortar being so degraded we decided to have it removed. Turned out the timbers, felt and tiling needed replacing due to being very poorly degraded. Showed us the extent of the damage and were very informative about what the different options we could take. Made us a priority and got the work sorted very quickly. Even worked through the weekend to get it finished in very cold conditions. Very happy with how the roof looks and the quality of work, would definitely recommend/use again.
