Fridge freezer repair
I was charged for a call out and was promised that it would include whatever was needed on the day and afterwards- should the ice maker not work - and he needed to come back. I was charged £80 for putting a bolt in and that was it. Responded to query very quickly. Arranged to come at a time to suit work schedule. Rene was very pleasant and efficient. He determined fault really quickly, ordered part and arranged to come back to fit it as soon as it suited me workwise.
