Replace lost (broken and fell off!)front windscreen solo wiper

Car rendered undriveable by wiper loss.... Staff were polite, efficient and not patronising at my distress. New wiper ordered in and refitted in under 2hours...you cannot fault this level of care and attention. First rate service in an emergency.
