  Insinkerator Installation and New tap

  We are very pleased with John's work. He communicated with us via email prior to installing the insinkerator and advised us on the best one to get then managed to get it for us at a discount. He was on time for the appointment, did a great job, cleaned afterwards, very professional and exactly what we needed. We highly recommend him for any plumbing job.

  Resolve boiler fault 2 engineers failed to find

  John is very knowledgeable and polite working through a series of steps to determine the eventual fault, which 2 previous engineers failed to identify. He provided updates and a fair price considering the work undertaken.

  Service of central heating boiler

  John has a professional approach to his work. He is courteous and punctual as well as knowledgeable, qualified and experienced in the work conducted. Since the last service the boiler has worked as we would hope, hopefully the same will be true this time, if however there are issues I know John would be able to resolve them.

  Really knowledgable and excellent work and advice and extremely trustable and very lovely workmen .. sympathetic to our needs and coming back repeatedly to help fix or sort or advise without charging extra.

  New boiler and rescued a pigeon from behind a gas fire

  I cannot recommend this company highly enough. John was punctual, really tidy, didn't mind me asking endless questions about what was being done (and gave really clear answers), and is an all round great guy. He also successfully rescued the pigeon (which was still alive) stuck behind my gas fire and was cool as a cucumber throughout. My parents are getting their boiler replaced shortly and I've recommended Cruickshank.
