  Called this company after ringing 2 others. ( Got frightened off with silly quotes and call out charges) This company ( Crusader doors) were absolutely brilliant. They were close by me in between jobs. Ten minutes later turned up and fixed the problem with my garage door handle. Gave me good advice on keeping it in good order and best of all they didn't even charge. Would have no hesitation in recommending these people to anyone.You get a feel for certain people, and these certainly fit the bill. Try them, you'll be glad you did.

• New roller Garage Door and installation.

  Neil and Dan visited initially to quote for a new garage door. The opening to our garage is quite awkward. Neil and Dan talked us through the best way to provide a door for us. We wanted a roller and they were confident that they would be able to fit one into the space. The door was ordered. Neil took great care in taking all the measurements and angles required to ensure the door fitted. They advised us when the door was ready and arranged a date to install. On the installation day they arrived promptly and installed the door. We are so pleased and would recommend Crusader doors.

• To replace two Henderson door cables and cones following the snapping of one of the cables.

  Neil and Dan arrived on time and fitted the new cones and cables very quickly. The door alignment was reset and the door now works more smoothly than it ever has. They also checked the general condition of the door and gave it the all clear. The very reasonable ageed price for the work was paid. It was a pleasure to meet Neil and Dan and I am vey happy with the work done and the price paid.

  Absolutely 5* service. No charge. Unbelievable. Called Crusader Door Systems Ltd this morning. They were working in the area today and turned up a couple of hours later. I had said on the phone we probably need a new unit. My neighbour had taken off a small component in trying to get it working. They looked at it, replaced the part, fixed the door and it’s working (perhaps not for too much longer as it’s 11 years old). When asked for the bill, no charge. They will definitely be replacing our unit in the future and probably those of our neighbours too. Very highly recommended!

• Replace Door Handles

  I received a prompt response and site visit to assess the problems that I was having with my up and over door locks. The parts were ordered and after arrival were replaced a few days later. After fitting they checked my doors to insure they were working well. I'm very pleased. Top job, thanks!
