Poor service from new staff prices doubled

Very good and reliable company Max fixed and reset the codes on the alarm during the week, he advised us that the battery was out of date and changed it.

Excellent service and communications

Having been messed about with dates and times of completion of our Fire risk assessment for our care home I contacted Crusader Fire services and the level of service was outstanding within an hour date and time was booked . Communication email was sent and invoice was paid and we had the lovely Fire Assessment Officer visit us and complete the risk assessment he was amazing very respectful ,dignified and very helpful and give great advice and information and report was written up and received straight away . the office staff are also very helpful and will go out their way to answer any queries

Crusader have carried out our dry riser testing for many years now, we would highly recommend. We required a few of our valves replaced as they failed crusader resolved this problem immediately by replacing them and re testing the system. Keeping our dry risers in working order.
