I had a rapid response from Crusader to my search for someone to test for asbestos. A very reasonable quote was given in advance. All communication and arrangements were done efficiently and quickly. The tester arrived at the arranged time and explained what he would do and answered any questions I had. The job was done quickly and I was advised that the asbestos sample would be analysed and I would receive the result asap. I received the certificate of analysis the next day. I was also given information as to who I could approach next to have the boiler removed. Couldn’t have asked for more.
