Kitchen cleaning
The cleaners did leave the kitchen much cleaner than they found it. However, it seemed they hadn't done some of the drawers, so we had to remind them. After they left, it became clear they didn't do a very thorough job of the bits they did clean. But worst of all, they disconnected the plastic pipework from the sink and also the drain. Maybe accidental - so why not tell us? Possibly deliberate in order to clean there - so why not put it back? Because they said or did nothing, we had a big flood. The boss also twice parked his car in the neighbour's disabled space. Overall, not impressed.

The house was exceptionally dirty after long being neglected. The team did an excellent job in cleaning all rooms back to a good standard. Courteous at all times and willing to engage to ensure the work was completed satisfactorily.
