Refurbishment of kitchen including major repair work to floorboard and joists.
I cannot thank Steve and Sam enough, they have been absolutely amazing. From start to finish, they have been completely honest about all the work that needed doing, they have never added any unexpected costs and they really do go the extra mile to achieve the highest standard. And they even moved my old fridge outside for collection, just to help!!!! The workmanship is absolutely 100% and I will absolutely be going to them for all future house renovation work. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Steve and his experienced team, 'You have transformed our property.' Steve's team were reliable, polite and very professional. They tidied up after themselves every day, all windows were installed to a high standard fully sealed with foam and then silicone. After paying in full I asked Steve for a small additional UPVC strip which was not included on the initial quotation. He popped back and did not charge. Fire door fitting
I’m a landlady, setting up an HMO for the first time. I needed fire doors fitting. I knew they needed specialist fitting - this company stated Fire Door Installation on its website. The 2 doors (provided by me) were fitted (badly) like normal doors with the frame hacked away to make them fit. No special hinges, no special seal. (I was not advised that I needed to provide these.) One of the doors scrapes on the ground and can only be opened half way. My money was refunded to me and I received an apology. Left with damaged door and damaged frames - fire door regs not met.
