Very swift response after my initial request on check a trade website. Discussed the job over messages with pics. Agreed the work and price beforehand. Team attended the following week and again great communication. Turned up in a car which initially gave me professional concerns but this was alleviated soon after as the were friendly, knowledgeable and tidy. Had to go and collect some unforeseen parts which I covered as an extra but were a reasonable addition price wise. Altogether a great experience which isn’t always the case! Would definitely recommend.

Came to view, promised a quote but never heard from them despite sending emails requesting update. Waste of time!

We thought we had a serious leak and needed to get it resolved quickly. Called CSC and they requested photographs of the issue and sourced replacement parts. In the end we found the problem was temporary and caused by local water company doing repairs so no work was needed. Happy to call CSC Plumbing again if we have future issues.
