  Couldn’t Be Happier with the Result

  We couldn’t be happier with the work completed by Chris & Sam. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient and incredibly hardworking. They carried out a range of work for us, from plastering to installing velux windows and quality of workmanship has been excellent throughout. Their communication was fantastic and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, skilled builders and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

  Reliable, friendly team at CS Design and Build

  Sam and Chris from CS Design and Build did a great job on our property (with an honourable mention to Dom). They reboarded and plastered an internal room and also built decking in our garden, all to a high standard. Communication was excellent throughout — they were happy to talk through what was needed and how best to do it. They turned up when they said they would and did what was agreed. Reliable and easy to work with. We’d happily have them back and would recommend them.

  Really great service from Cs design and build , communication with Chris was excellent, through out the job, even when I added another job onto it they were happy to carry it out,very clean and tidy after they finished each day,I would definitely recommend this company for building work

  Extensions / Conversions

  The workmanship is sharp

  Sam and chris completed a rear extension for our utility and a garage conversion. The build wasnt straight forward, but sam and his guys were professional, honest and kept me informed every step of the way. Ive working in the industry myself for 18years and their work is the tidiest and clean pieces of work ive seen. Their eye for detail is great. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. My next project i have , they will be my first point of call.

  Annex/ office conversion refurbishment

  We have just completed a build /refurbishment of an outbuilding and it was an absolute pleasure working with Chris and Sam , from the first meeting to discuss costs/estimates etc during the build communication was excellent and the work was of the quality rarely seen today in the building profession.

  Historic house renovation

  CS Design and Build has just completed a six-month renovation of our 18th-century home. As you’d expect, it was a challenging project with no straight lines and plenty of surprises, but Chris and Sam rose to the challenge. We’re delighted with the result. Thanks, guys!
