• Got to the root of the problem…

  I have had a problem with a channel drain by our garage door for years. Chris unblocked it a couple of years ago, but this time, the blockage would not budge. I arranged for him to return to open up the pipework. The root of the problem was, in fact, an enormous tree root extending up the pipe. Chris was able to pull out a huge 2 meter long ball of root from the pipe, but due its location, it was impossible to completely clear. Chris laid a new pipe with connectors to the next gully. Overall an excellent job, very professional and very reasonable pricing. 100% recommended.

• Investigation & repair of drain

  We contacted Chris as we had an issue with a drain. We chose Chris off Checkatrade due to many positive reviews and we were certainly not disappointed. We were not sure of the cause of the problem so Chris undertook a thorough investigation of our drains. He carried out the initial survey using CCTV and was keen to engage with us at all stages of the investigation and repair. Chris completed the repair in good time. We are very happy with the outcome –it has certainly got rid of the unpleasant smells we were experiencing! Chris also fitted a vermin trap for us in a manhole on our property.

  The service received from Chris at CS Drainage Solutions was absolutely brilliant. I called him after a bad experience and huge quote from another company and he was extremely helpful as well as very fairly priced. Throughout the work Chris kept me informed of progress and a couple of issues I needed to be aware of, and he completed the work to a highly professional standard including sweeping and tidying the area - I could tell he takes real pride in his work. Wouldn't hesitate to use Chris again or recommend him - super impressed!

  Highly recommend - Excellent service - Chris came at short notice as we were desperate. He did more work than expected without quibbling and was extremely reasonable. He checked job with his camera to be on the safe side. He also volunteered free advice. Speak to Chris first before going ahead with your plumber — he may just save you a fortune.

  Systematically worked through each stage professionally and knowledgeably to fix the blockage that had been going on for 8months, then found a fault using camera equipment. A new manhole was created to fix any future problems on our land. Great Job, Thank you!

  The mortar in our gully drain had come away over the years, allowing water to penetrate into our exterior wall. Chris responded immediately to our enquiry and was able to come out to do the works in very good time. His quote to repair the mortar was very competitive and he went above and beyond, not only repairing the mortar but also making alterations to the pipework to future-proof the work, whilst sticking to the original quote. Highly recommended.
