  Damp proofing, dry lining and plastering

  I can’t recommend Craig highly enough. We have been renovating a house over the last few years during which Craig has damp proofed our entire ground floor and also carried out some dry lining and plastering. The quality of work has always been fantastic and what sets Craig apart is the level of tidiness during and after any work. Where I cannot rate Craig highly enough is where he has provided advice to us on other parts of our renovation where we have needed his expertise and second opinion. Whereas other trades may have become uncontactable after a while, Craig has always been there to help.

  Woodworm Treatment

  Replacement of rotten joists and floorboards

  Craig was already here fixing a rising damp problem in my dining room, when I asked him to inspect the floor as well. As suspected, the joists were rotten and the floorboards had woodworm. I therefore asked him to strip out the old floor, replace the joists and add new flooring on top. He did a very thorough job, using products that will deter any recurrence of damp or woodworm. Craig always explains what he is going to do, how he will do it, what products will be used, how long the work should take, and issues guarantees on his work. His work is of a high standard and he is always punctual.

  Damp proofing

  Several rooms in my house had to have a damp proof course,so I felt it would be better to leave my home and let Craig have a key so he could come and go as he pleased. On returning home I found it to be clean and tidy (just dusty,as expected). His plastering is smooth and seamless,and I could not fault it at all. Craig's communication with me was spot on and his price was very reasonable. From my first conversation with Craig ,i had a good feeling about him and felt I could trust him,i would recommend his work to anyone. Very pleased.

  Treating rising damp then plastering the affected area.

  Craig carried out the work to a high standard. He was tidying the area throughout the job, prompt and efficient. Great communication before, during and after the job and we have no complaints at the price we were charged. We would definitely recommend and call again for any future work.
