  Shoddy,unreliable,poor attention to detail

  Came to do two small flat roofs on a dormer. Two day job turned into two weeks. Never had the right materials to do the cladding, then cut the pieces to short and tried to fill the gap with sealant to hide the problem. Had water running down the windows because they hadn't got the fall right. Had them back six or seven times to put things right. Still waiting for the guarantee over two months later. Attention to detail was poor. If I hadn't gone up the ladders to look for myself they would have just left everything in a shoddy state. I have messaged Chris himself for the guarantee,still waitin

  Work was done speedily and Charlie was considerate ank kind throughout

  Our elderly roof was leaking and obviously a total reroof was required. Having seen work done by Charlie in a nearby road we contacted him. He came immediately and recognised the urgency needed. After agreeing a reasonable estimate ,he arranged Scaffolding, New Tiles etc. Everything was put in place for an additional team of roofers who removed the old tiles and replaced with new in one day. The following day Charlie returned to repoint the chimney stack and clear the site apart from the Scaffolding . Charlie arranged for this to be cleared within a few days. Thank you Charlie

  To remove moss from roof tiles front and back of property plus applied moss repellent treatment.

  Charles and his team took their work very seriously from start to finish and they did take extra care of cleaning the roof tiles without damaging. Their price is reasonable. I would strongly recommend them and will choose this company again in the future.

  Charlie responded promptly to our original request, gave an accurate assessment of the work required, including photos of the damage to the roof, organized the scaffolders, and carried out the work quickly and thoroughly. I cannot praise him enough.
