Both guys pleasant, polite and efficient. They left briefly to go and get the part that was needed to carry out the repair - which was appreciated so I didn’t have to wait until the following day. Definitely recommend their service and attitude! Thank you very much.

Plumber arrived about prearranged time. Went straight to bathroom and got to work, turned off water supplies to old taps, removed old ones and replaced with my pre-purchased replacement taps. Tightened the old pipework connecting nuts to the threaded stems on new taps. Turned on the water, checked visually for leakage. (None apparent 2 hrs afterwards). He accept the agree fee and said to contact them if any problems developed. Invoice to be emailed. Beats me crawling about under the bath. All done in a hour. Satisfied.
