  Oil Boiler Installation

  I do not recommend this company

  Very poor service. Couldn't diagnose problem with boiler. Advised which fuel nozzle to get for quicker repair as advised they couldn't diagnose fault without doing a service. I purchased part (which turned out to be the wrong one). Office forgot to phone back to sort soonest visit, charged me £90 for doing nothing then quoted over £200 for service before a diagnosis. I wouldn't recommend using this company for any boiler problems unless you want to get shafted. I got a new fuel pump and service with a knowledgeable company.

  New bathroom sink and cabinet

  I had a new bathroom sink fitted to replace a chipped plastic one. Under sink cabinet was also replaced. All work carried out was to a high standard. Would recommend again. Very good price.

  Leaking pipe

  I had an emergency job with a leaking radiator pipe in my bathroom, Called CS and spoke with a lovely lady in the office who arranged for an engineer to come out on the same day! All was fixed and running within 2 hours, I then received a call the next day from Alicia in the office to check I was happy with the works and made sure there where no other issues before sending the invoice! Amazing!!

  Boiler not working

  They were great and fixed my boiler really quickly when it stopped working. Cam even explained how to get my water and radiators hotter too. The work was done through insurance so I can’t give a value.
