  Replacement of gutter and fascia; replacement of some tiling; repointing

  Very poor quality of roofing work. Tarpaulin was not fixed which led to substantial ingress of water. Plastic fascia attached but not nailed down and no wooden board underneath; gutters not fitted correctly; intimidating approach to require payment in spite of multiple performance issues and an obvious emphasis on getting the job done without concern regarding quality; no response to numerous follow-up calls, emails and text messages. Independent survey and 20 year guarantee promised but not provided. They have now lodged a winding-up application at Companies House.

  Guarantee is meaningless from this firm

  I wasn't going to leave a bad review about this company, despite some misgivings when the work was carried out. But we have had cause to contact them again because of a leaking gutter and they have ignored every single attempt to be in touch, despite giving us a supposed 20 year guarantee. It's not worth the paper it was written on. One of their team was unpleasantly pressurising about payment before the full job was completed but I received an apology and it stopped me from leaving a bad review on here. But to offer a guarantee than ignore a customer for weeks is unacceptable. Beware using.

  Damaged roof making water to sip into back room.

  They were quick to respond to the call, went to have a look and gave the quote. Job was carried out immediately to secure the building from further rain damage. Communication and videos very good. Pleased with the overall experience of working with them.

  Replaced 2 Valleys in the roof

  They provided good customer service, keeping me informed and up to date each day. They were reliable, honest and friendly. Provided estimate/invoice which was clear outlining the service and materials they were going to provide. Once the job was finished they cleaned up and washed down my drive, excellent job done! I would recommend the company to friends and neighbours,
