Cleaning an empty house prior to occupancy
The cleaner were 15 mins late. The job was a deep clean of an empty house. Two cleaners arrived with a small shopping bag of supplies and a hoover- no mop, bucket, dustpan nor brush. Communication was very limited as there was a language barrier. At 2.5 hrs of a 3 hr clean the bathrooms and floors had not been cleaned. I had to follow along behind the male cleaner and point out streaks on the windows. The female cleaner was fine but slow.
