Remove extensive moss , replace a number of damaged tiles, repair mortar and leaking gutter joint
CSS roofing were recommended to me by family and were engaged to remove extensive moss build up from my roof, replace a number of damaged tiles and repair missing mortar, and repair a leaking gutter joint. Due to the roof geometry and access constraints a partial scaffold was needed which Connor was happy to organise. Connor was prompt in giving me a clearly laid out quote and estimate for scheduling the work. He also kept me well informed during the work of any additional small repair items he found with photos and any recommended actions. Connor and his team did a great job and were always polite and communicative about what they were doing and how the work was going. As parts of the roof were removed we found more jobs that were worth doing and he always showed me in person and clearly explained the options and costs. We’ve been thoroughly impressed with the quality of workmanship and have already recommended him a number of times. Replacing of felt, battons and tiles on the house roof.
We've used Connor and his team before to change a flat roof to pitched, so we knew we would get a fantastic service, and they delivered. Connor kept us informed if there were any issues (eg the scaffolding was a bit delayed) and when they were here they worked like trojans. He and his staff are polite and really tidy, and they were so kind to my youngest son who was constantly going out to chat to them!
