We were thinking about building a two storey extension on our home. The design sketches and cost breakdown were very good and highly detailed. The inflated cost of materials and construction labour however meant we had to put our plans on pause.

The design was practical and well-executed incorporating all of the desired elements. The architect listened to my briefing and understood what I was trying to achieve. I was kept informed of progress and he communicated with me regularly with regard to the updates. The architect also suggested various changes that turned out to be more practical than my ideas.
