Extractor fan recently installed in my bathroom by CT Electrical Installations. It is leaking water. I contacted Liam 5 times who said he would send out worker to fix. Then lied several times and no one has fixed the fan.I have taken time off work and no one has come. Under sales of goods act I have paid for a service that is not fit for service. *Poor customer service. *Faulty fan. Added feedback: Liam came out and fixed the problem.

Had electric shower fitted, unfortunately the shower was faulty. CT Electrical came back the following day after we purchased another shower and fitted without any issues. Very happy with the service and the gentleman who did the job was very professional and polite. Would definitely use CT Electrical Installations again.

Liam responded very quickly to my request for work to set up the initial appointment. The work undertaken was across two appointments and was undertaken very thoroughly and efficiently. The workers were friendly and respectful, and cleaned up the work area afterwards. I would use them again. Highly recommended.

I requested an EICR be carried out as part of buying our house. EICR and remedial works carried out. Very happy with the work.
