We couldn’t be happier with the service Charlie provided. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional and clearly knew his trade inside out. He took the time to explain everything in plain English, offered sensible advice, and carried out the work to an exceptionally high standard. What really impressed us was how tidy, reliable and conscientious he was. It’s obvious Charlie takes real pride in his work, and nothing felt like too much trouble. It’s genuinely refreshing to find a tradesperson who’s not only highly skilled but also honest, approachable and dependable.

Charlie came with great speed when all the power went off in my kitchen.He Very quickly located the problem and fixed it. He did not charge me the call-out charge as he wasn’t here for long. A perfect gentleman who I will not hesitate to use in the future

Excellent experience and workmanship. We feel like we struck gold with Charlie, Karim and co! They are honest, genuine people who knew exactly what was needed and completed within the deadline. Very tidy, respectful of our house and even hoovered at the end.

Charlie, Karin & team were absolutely brilliant! Came over quickly to scope it out, quote didn’t take long & the work was all performed to a very high level, despite it being a bigger job than originally expected - even happy to come back again once decorating had been done to refit some sockets/switches.
