  Bad communication and unfinished work

Job left unfinished. Extractor fan doesn't vent outside, electrical socket is incomplete, and roof tile isn't fitted. Bad communication and the trader has falsely marked the job as completed on Checkatrade despite not finishing. [ADDITION 26/10/26] - [“After raising the issue here, Chad responded and finished all the outstanding work. I appreciate that he responded and finished the work.”]

  Response from CT Lamb Electrical

Im sorry you feel this way. We are booked to come to you today to finish the works? I marked it as complete to remove it from my dashboard that is all. I am aware that the job needs completing and have been waiting for another trade to be able to complete the work.

  Professional and Approachable

Chad phoned within minutes of me entering the request on Checkatrade and arranged to come out and complete the job the same week. He was friendly and professional and has done a great job at making all the new plug sockets look neat and tidy, hiding the new wiring with a neat covering. Light fitting in the bathroom looks great too.

  Small job, efficiently carried out

Even though ours was only a small job, everything was done quickly and efficiently. Price was resonable. Communication was excellent and always very friendly.

  Change wall socket

Chad is a nice guy. Not only did he change the socket but I mentioned to him that I was having a problem with my power shower and he took the time to have a look at it and check everything was fitted correctly as well as going into the attic to check everything up there was done correctly. unfortunately it wasn't anything he could fix but he did give me some solutions to the problems. I will definitely use his services again.
