  Chris was incredibly professional, helpful, and friendly from start to finish. I needed a boiler replacement urgently and Chris assessed the situation straight away at my property, recommended the right boiler for my home, and was ready to start the installation immediately. He worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and made sure the new boiler was up and running perfectly. The job was completed promptly and to a high standard.   The whole experience from start to finish has been outstanding. I was quickly provided with an indicative quote. Chris arranged a site visit to ensure the quote was accurate. Communication has been exceptional. The prices are really great. Chris has been flexible to suit my project and schedule . He worked incredibly hard installing the loo and bath etc taking extra effort to bespoke as needed. The boiler installation was carried out as effectively. Chris is a really friendly and professional person to work with too. He's been understanding of what's needed and delivered every time.

  Boiler replacement

  Christy came to our rescue in the middle of a cold snap when we had been without heat or water for over a week, our old boiler having finally given up the ghost… He was absolutely wonderful, not only did he carry out the work to the highest professional standard, and within a very reasonable budget, he fitted us in as an emergency in between other work he had. He was also very kind and trustworthy, going to the trouble of rechecking the installation, flushing the system, and resolving any teething troubles. We would have no hesitation in recommending him for any plumbing or heating work.

  Chris has been a pleasure to deal with throughout. He originally did a service/repair on our and then replaced it when it broke again. Throughout he has been clear in communication, managing our expectations, and giving us the details of what is being done and why.

  Blocked pipe from hot water tank.

  A brilliant tradesperson who delivered exactly what he said he would at a very fair price. The water pipe to the hot water storage tank was blocked resulting in no hot water. Using an amazing cleaning system, the blockage was cleared and the whole pipe system, including the radiators were cleaned. There is now plenty of hot water and the radiators are blasting out heat.
