Josh was great, he arrived on time, identified the issue quickly and explained everything to me and after checking with a supplier offered 3 different options at different price points for sorting my boiler which had conked out completely. I went with a replacement with a 10yr guarantee which the team installed and is now working great. Everything was smooth and hassle free, and great service. Will def use again.
