Professional family builders.
Brad and his team were just perfect for our garage to 3rd bedroom transformation. They were meticulous in everything they did. Professional from day one. Highly, highly recommend!
Great builders from start to finish. Just absolutely love my extension, couldn’t have asked for more. They were professional, punctual, friendly, informative and tidy. Honestly, I cannot fault this company and highly recommend Brad and his team. I had some clear design ideas in my mind and Brad was very helpful in taking these onboard but also advising me on practicalities and costs. The result is perfect and my vision achieved in budget. Internal Renovation and Kitchen
We had Brad, Jesse and Marley round to complete our dream project and they surpassed all of our expectations. They were a pleasure to have round the house for the duration of the build. They worked within our budget, found cost effective alternatives for any issues that came up, kept us informed with all decisions and plans and were very tidy. Complete refurbishment and garage conversion
We could not fault in anyway Brad and his team and I would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone. We had a complete gutting and refurb of the inside and outside of our bungalow. The quality is exceptional and Brad always kept us up to date with progress and anything that may need to change from our original plan. External Cladding

Front garden wall built and some things done to help with reducing damp.

Cummins Construction Southern Ltd is a family run construction company spanning three generations.
We have decided recently to start to move away from contracting on larger sites/projects and focus more attention on our smaller contracts such as loft conversions/ extensions and home alterations due to an increasingly lack of confidence in the larger main contractors.
We have a loyal, competent work force and we aim to deliver all works to a very high standard on time and within budget.
We have been operating in the building industry since 1969 when my father founded Cummins & Pope and I have been in control of our family company since late 90's. Our company also includes my son who has recently completed his carpentry apprenticeship and my nephew who has been with us for over ten years as we do pride ourselves on the family part of our business.
We are new to Checkatrade but if you require a trusted, competent building company to undertake your works, then I assure you we will make it a clean, smooth process to achieve all requirements, on time, on budget and to the very highest standard.
