Double Glazing Installation

Two existing double glazed windows including wooden frames to be replaced.
Firstly the finished job is good. The windows are what we wanted and it was delivered in good time. The installers were courteous and respectful at all times. The issue was with the tidiness. The existing wooden framed windows were smashed out rather than the glass being removed first or a reciprocating saw being used to cut out the frame (the process used by another company on different windows). No tarpaulin was used on the outside of the window and we spent an hour after the work picking up larger pieces of glass. Still picking up splinters now in a garden used by children and a pet dog.
