  Electric Sockets

  Posted 25 August

  - Removal of socket faceplate, tightening of other socket and replacement of bathroom extractor fan.

  - I initially only requested removal of socket faceplate so that I could build a wardrobe flush against the wall. - Sid accepted the job quickly and spoke to me about my needs. we got booked in for the next day. - Whilst here, Sid explained what needed to be done to ensure this was safe and what would need to be completed in future if I wanted to make the socket usable again. - In the morning of the job, I remembered that my bathroom extractor fan wasn't working so texted Sid to see if possible to add on as an additional job. He happily agreed and brought round the replacement fan himself saving me a job. - Sid was prompt and reañly friendly. Used shoe coverings even when I told him he didn't need to! - I was really impressed with the service and mentioned another job (a loose socket elsewhere). Sid fixed it, during which noticed a fault which was potentially dangerous and fixed it before leaving! - I'll defo be using current connect ltd in the future. - 10/10 service. Thank you
