Internal redecoration in our family home.
We have used Curtis to redecorate a number of rooms in our new house and our last home. He is friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and works hard to make sure the client is completely satisfied with his workmanship. We would not hesitate in recommending Curtis Home Maintenance to anyone looking for a professional decorator.
Wallpapering at Shop and home
Curtis has carried out plenty of painting and decorating for us over the years including some very intricate wallpapering. I would not trust anyone else for this sort of work. His attention to detail is outstanding always ensuring a professional clean job finished on time.
Kitchen and cloakroom decoration
Curtis has completed a number of jobs for us since we’ve been in our house. Most recently he redecorated our kitchen and cloakroom after we had new fixtures and fittings installed. Curtis has a real eye for design, he made good suggestions on colour and panelling for the kitchen. He showed as a brilliant animal themed wallpaper sample for our cloakroom that really lifted the look of the room, and wasn’t what I would have gone to naturally. People always comment on how great it looks. Cutis is a knowledgable and skilled tradesperson and a nice guy to have working for you.
Interior paint and floor waxing
Curtis and his team did an excellent job touching up a variety of paint work in our home and waxing the kitchen floor boards. They were punctual, tidy and polite. We re using then again for more work shortly
Painting the whole house, ceilings, walls and woodwork, together with external woodwork.
Curtis is a very professional decorator and we would recommend him very highly. He advised on the best paint to use and colour combinations. His quality of work and attention to detail was exceptional. He completed all work on time and on budget despite some changes requested by us during the work. We have used him previously and will use him again.
Painting, decorating, and tiling in 4 different rooms.
Curtis and his team did a high quality job for us over 5 different rooms, 1 lounge, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. He was very flexible as we changed our mind on tiling ideas and very patient waiting for the right trim to come in. We'll use Curtis for more work, he event put back up mirrors and bits after the jobs were done so it was all perfect!
Wall papering
The working undertaken by Curtis was of a very high standard. He arrived punctually, was polite, provided advice and left the work area very clean. Will use again.
Wallpapering a downstairs bathroom
Curtis’ work was fantastic. Not only did he wallpaper a very difficult space with its wonky walls and numerous boxes/ledges requiring constant cutting and changes in direction - he also managed to do it with wallpaper that had a complicated and large print. It looks perfect and we couldn’t have been more pleased. He takes real pride in his work. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
Paint the outside of our house
Curtis was speedy, neat and such a fun and lovely guy to have around. Highly recommend him.
Recordation of 2 bed flat
I booked Curtis for complete recordation of my flat. I'd had major refurbishment/building work so there was an extensive amount of preparation before everything could be painted! I was really happy with the quality of all the work carried out. Equally important is that Curtis is a good, straight forward and cheerful character to deal with. He also made some good suggestions and helped with some additional work that improved the overall look of the finish. I would happily recommend him to others and have no hesitation in using him again myself in the future.
